  • Motorized Universal Weapon Loading Trolley (MUWLT)

The trolley has been designed and customized for loading/unloading and arming of variety of weapon stores for multi-fleet, multi-station, multi -stores requirements

The key features of MUWLT are: 

Quick turnaround, reduced GHE/GSE inventory, reduced manpower requirements, Accuracy of loading and reduced fatigue on ground crew. The product addresses the specific challenges of rapidity of operations during configuration changes, role equipment handling, tarmac movement of armament and allows simultaneous loading /unloading of stores on different stations.  

MUWLT is designed and ideally suited for various fighter and helicopter fleets with low and high wing stations. The trolley is presently designed for all stations and stores for LCA, but can be customized for other aircraft like Hawk, Jaguar, Rafale, Mig-29. M-2000 and SU-30MKI

MUWLT was extensively evaluated and tested recently at Jaisalmer during weapon trials on LCA with ADA-HAL team. The trolley has successfully met the requirements and suggestions incorporated to meet user requirements. 

  • Autonomous Tow bar less electric Tow tug

Majority of Air forces and IAF continues to use conventional technology of aircraft towing involving diesel engine powered tractors and towbars across all its airfields for ground handling of its fighter, transport and helicopter fleet for all day-to-day operations. Use of conventional technology for aircraft preparation and operation are a drain on critical manpower (brake manning, wing walkers, tractor drivers). These operations are manpower intensive, slow, noisy and leave high carbon footprint. Conventional GSE are huge constraint on hangar space and restrict free maneuvering in restricted areas.

Autonomous Tow tug has been developed catering to the field and minimal technically supported operating conditions of Army, Navy, Indian Air Force, paramilitary forces and civil airlines to support operations from remote and minimum logistical enabled bases. The Autonomous tow tug can pull and position Fixed wing aircraft and helicopters from 20 to 50 T category along the minimum paved runways, helipads and at field servicing depots with a single ground crew in short time and cost-effective manner without compromising flight safety.

  • Freezie

Freezie is a three-wheeler electric mini auto that has a freezer with 50 lts to 400 liters customizable capacity. This is the best solution to handle the perishable goods with a very low power consumption freezer. The freezie is designed to keep good chilled or frozen during transport ensuring maximum freshness and quality. 

With its compact size and agility, freezie effortlessly navigates through the congested urban and rural areas. Provided with a dual motor drive train, freezie can handle terrains effortlessly which is a must for defense applications. Freezie reduces operating costs and carbon footprint. With 140km per charge freezie can be also used for medicine delivery, organ shipments, beverage delivery and food delivery by restaurants
